Self-Awareness means you being able to be more and more the observer in your life. Self-awareness makes it possible for you to understand yourself better and to see how you can develop yourself in your own way and at your own pace. Any personal development course, tool, insight, wisdom or lesson can only be put into practice if you have enough self-awareness.

In order for you to develop yourself you’ll need to leave your comfort zone - that’s where your opportunity in growth lies. Without Self-Confidence, you don’t have (enough) trust in yourself to face the discomfort.

When you have your self-awareness and self-confidence in place, you’ll start experiencing your Intuition more consciously. You always have had an intuition, any human being has it, the only difference is how strong is yours? And are you relying on its guidance? Intuition is your compass and rocket in life - always knowing which direction to go and a powerful accelerator to move forward.

The world needs more powerful communicators - not just people who express themselves verbally, but who are able to create a human connection with others with or without the power of words. Start understanding that Communication is about connection. Learning how to communicate with connection means dialogue and it is the key for today’s rising stars.

Everybody is a natural leader, simply because we all have a life to lead. This is the essence of Authentic Leadership and determines how you express your leadership in all areas of your life. Understanding your authenticity and combining it with your leadership you start understanding and embracing your purpose in life - why you are here.

As an authentic leader who understands his or her purpose, the journey starts on how to express this purpose in life. When you fully capture what it is what you need, that’s when you start celebrating your passion: serving the world with your passion and getting paid for it, as a (Social) Entrepreneur - and this does not have to mean you have to own a business, you may share your passion even if you are on a payroll.
