The Right Thing At The Wrong Time Is The Wrong Thing.

Timing is everything. You may know this already. You probably have experienced in many ways in your own life how important timing is. Well, I have examples in which I'm thanking and blaming the timing in my life. Like when I was at the right time and place when I visited my house in Amsterdam city center, while there were many other candidates I was the lucky one to get to live in it. Or when I met that man in my life, but we turned out to be in different stages of life and had to let each other go.

To say it in simple words, timing is judging the right moment in a situation or activity at which to do something. As a coach I always say I work together with life and timing is a sense of understanding that some times life determines what must happen at that moment.

For example, before I accept you as my client I always want to be sure I can effectively help you achieve your life's goals. Guess what the only ingredient is you need to have in place and that I don't have any say in? Timing. How ready are you for coaching? Are you really done with the lack or little progress in your life? Are you really ready to be and live the best version of you?

As a coach I may be the best there is. I offer amazing content, I serve in my unique way that resonates and creates human connection - starting powerfully with you connecting with you. But a strong need and willingness for change, is the only thing you have to bring to the table. In other words, the timing needs to be right. It's the only thing that ensures a coaching program will lead to transformation - to success and achieving the desired outcome.

How big is your will? That's all I ask from you and all I need from you. If it's not big enough, I won't accept you as my client - and I believe no coach should. Wrong timing means waste of time, energy and money. Especially when it comes to coaching. Of course you can always learn something, but knowing what results you can achieve when your willingness is in place, as a coach I don’t go for less. And you shouldn't either. I’d say waite for the right timing.

How do you know what the right timing is? You’ll know when you’ll know. Life will bring you contrast, maybe even pain to get you at the right timing. When your lack of change has become unbearable. When your desire for change is at it's best. That’s when you get to the point you're genuinely ready for coaching. And keep in mind, you deserve the best coaching as much as I deserve the best client.

I’m intriged by timing. And I always recall a friend's words shared with me in 2016 when I was in the United States. Give people time. Give people space. Don’t beg anyone to stay. Let them roam. What’s meant for you will always be yours.

Leave me a message in the comment section below, I’d love to hear from you.
