Stop Consuming Knowledge...

...and start living.

Yes, I'm also referring to consuming information. Pause and be aware of what knowledge you'd love to gather. Because what you consume - whether it's food or information - impacts what you create in life. It impacts your thoughts, how your body reacts to these thoughts, your feelings, your actions and how you manifest this in the physical world - where you can perceive your creation with your five senses and call it reality. Your personality creates your personal reality, and it's an on going loop. So be mindful what information gets in, what knowledge are you gathering and be more conscious about taking the driver seat when it comes to your life, you are (supposed to be) the creator.

But I really mean my opening words as in: when you do understand the importance of creating your personal reality. When you do understand the value of personal development and how this can alter your personality. When you are standing in the doorway of your mind, selecting information that enters and invest in the quality of knowledge, so it's the best knowledge to support you to be your best and live your best life ever. Having all that in place. I still say: stop consuming knowledge and start living.

After more than 4 years as a coach, I still see many people investing timeenergy and money on getting the right knowledge. Nothing wrong with that, but if it stays on the level of knowing, you better save yourself the investment. Our mind does not keep knowledge stored forever. If you don't apply what you know, knowledge is meaningless. Start living. Practice what you know. And yes, that's when you start realising why personal development is a struggle for most people. Your habitspatterns and limiting beliefsare kicking in. And at best they delay your journey to live what you know. At worst they hold you back, you'd never get to play this experience called life full out and you'd never get to live up to your upmost potential.

This is why I do what I do. My passion is (selfdialogue; serving you and others to improve the ability to connect, starting with developing a powerful connection with yourself. I am grateful I get to live my passion and live from it. I have never experienced my work to be so fulfilling - every single day. I am thriving as a coach, not because I am certified, not because I work with the best brand in the personal development field and proud to call Mindvalley my partner. But because as a human being I know how tough this journey from knowing to living can be. I have lived it myself - and some times still find myself living it. I am some times a teacher and always a student. And that's exactly what makes me successful as a coach in serving you and others. Having a person next to you to make this journey from knowing to living easier, moving faster and - most importantly - way more fun, that's what is driving me as a coach and why I value coaching as a professional service.

So, let's be crystal clear, you don't need a coach. You just realise how a coach can make your journery in personal development - your journey of personality to personal reality - go easierfaster and more fun.

How are you moving from knowing to living? Are you conscious about consuming information? What knowledge has been valuable in your personal development journey? And are you really living up to what you know? Leave me a comment, I' love to hear from you.
